In the lower Seriana Valley lies one of the most beautiful places to paraglide in the valleys of the province of Bergamo, situated on Mount. Rena a few minute’s drive from the touristic villages of Selvino and Aviatico in the vicinity of Albino.
The official take off point is equipped with a wind sock and can be found near to the peak of Mount Rena at a height of approximately 1140 m and overlooks the town of Albino. It’s possible to arrive by car by following the road from Gazzaniga which climbs to Orezzo and then reaches Ganda, on the road to Selvino. From here leave the car and head up on a short walk towards the television antenna where you find the take-off point. The landing area is quite large and easily visible on two sides of the road at the limits of the town of Albino at a height of approximately 350 m It is equipped with a wind sock, benches, notice board and an area for packing the parachutes. Within a short distance there is ample parking. Instructions for the use of the landing area can be found on the notice board along with other useful information.
